ECA Stainless Steel Close-coupled Centrifugal Pumps



INTRODUCTION:

  • ECA is a stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump, which delivers the liquid by rotating the impeller with the centrifugal force. It mainly consists of pump casing, impeller, diffuser, shaft and mechanical seal.All integrated into the pump body and connected to motor.
  • Wetted parts do not rust and have good wear resistance.
  • Back pull-out design which is easy to dismantle and maintain. It allows the pump bearing frame and impeller to be backed out of the volute without disturbing the pump piping connections.
  • It is close coupled design. The pump and motor share the same extended shaft. This will cancel out the fluctuations which will save energy and resource.

INSTALLATION:

  • Standard EVERGUSH ECA pumps do not provide corresponding DIN standard flanges.The installer will need to purchase DIN flanges from a local hardware store and choose between threaded or welded DIN flanges.
  • When installing the EVERGUSH ECA pump, please make sure the water level of water source(Cistern) is higher than the ECA pump.Positive water pressure enters pump inlet.This is the most recommended installation way.
  • If the water source(cistern) is lower than the ECA pump. When installing the inlet pipeline for pump, the vertical height of the pipeline must be within 2M. And a bottom foot valve must be installed.The ECA pump doesn't have a filling plug on pump body, the installer needs to fill water from outlet of pump after finishing inlet pipeline installation.
