CP series
CPS series
ECA series
 Unusual phenomenon Malfunction Routine/Cause  Solutions
Pump is not working No voltage or power is off. Re-starts the power
Cable wire is fractured Replaces it
Fuse or circuit burns up Replaces it
Power source has poor contact Re-connects it again.
It has a little noise, but not working. Switch has poor contact that cause open phase Adjusts connection parts.
Cable wire is fractured that cause open phase Replaces it
Motor wiring is fractured that cause open phase Replaces it
Bearing is defective Replaces it
Motor shaft is not balanced Replaces it
Single phase capacitor is defective Replaces it
Generator capacity is not enough Replaces it to larger capacity
Voltage drops Adjusts power & voltage
Something stuck inside the pump Dismantles the pump and cleans it.
When pump starts, it will stop immediately. Voltage drops Adjusts power & voltage
Generator capacity is not enough Replaces it to larger capacity
3 phase voltage is unstable Adjusts power; replaces impeller
Liquid contains mud or sand Negotiates with customer
Liquid viscosity is too high Negotiates with customer
Liquid temperature is too high Negotiates with customer
Reverse phase in 3 phase Replaces 2 wires in 3 phase wires.
The capacity is not enough or the head is low  Impeller is stuck or damaged Cleans or replaces it
Motor reverse phase Replaces 2 wires in 3 phase wires.
Pipeline or valve is leaking or stuck Checks where the leakage is in pipeline or valve
Actual performance can’t reach customer requirements Replaces it to better pump model
