※ Please make sure the power is turn off before you start repair or dismantle the pump.

Unusual phenomenon  Malfunction Routine/Cause  Solutions
 The pump can’t start
  1. Power is not turn on
  2. Connects to wrong voltage.
  3. Sensor is broken.
  4. CPU circuit board is burned up.
  5. Capacitor is burned up.
  6. Motor wiring is burned up.
  1. Re-connects the power again.
  2. Test  and make sure it’s the right voltage.
  3. Replaces it.
  4. Replaces it
  5. Replaces it. Makes sure there’s no voltage drops on the site.
  6. Replaces it.
 On/Off frequently
  1. Pressure switch is broken
  2. Diaphragm inside pressure tank is broken.
  3. Check valve is hardened or stuck.
  4. There is air inside the pump.
  5. Discharge pipeline has leakage.
  1. Adjusts or replaces it.
  2. Replaces it.
  3. Replaces it.
  4. Opens check valve lid and discharges the air.
  5. Checks for leakage in the pipeline.
Motor is running, but capacity is small
  1. Impeller is damaged.
  2. Air is inside the pump.
  3. Actual performance can’t reach customer requirement.
  4. Pipeline or valve leakages.
  1. Changes impeller
  2. Opens drain plug anddischarges the air.
  3. Changes to a bigger horsepower pump.
  4. Checks for leakage in the pipeline or valve.
After it starts for a while, it stops immediately
  1. Abnormal voltage.
  2. Impeller is stuck with obstacle.
  3. When water shortage occurs, pump will stop automatically.
  1. Checks voltage and uses right voltage.
  2. Dismantles pump and cleans impeller.
  3. Restarts the pump when water returns.
Motor is producing loud noise
  1. Bearing is broken
  2. Obstacle inside the pump
