The pump can't start

1. Power is not turn on or the cable is not plug in.
2. Connects to wrong voltage.
3. The shaft is stuck due to dust inside the pump.
4. Capacitor is burned up.
5. Motor wiring is burned up.
6. Mech. seal wears out that could cause leakage.
7. Control panel malfunction.
8. Motor protector forces the motor to turn off.

1. Test  and make sure it’s the right voltage.
2. Rotates the shaft from the back of motor.
3. Replaces it. Makes sure there’s no voltage drops on the site.
4. Replaces it.
5. Replaces it.
6. Examines or replaces it.
7. Waits until the motor temperature has dropped down to normal temp.

Motor is running, but capacity is small

1.  Impeller is damaged.
2. Air is inside the pump.
3. Actual performance can’t reach customer requirement.
4. Pipeline or valve is leaking or stuck.
5. The strainer is stuck.
6. Motor reverse phase.
7. Mech. seal is leaking.

1. Changes impeller
2. Opens drain plug and discharges the air.
3. Changes to a bigger horsepower pump.
4. Checks for leakage in the pipeline or valve.
5. Cleans obstacle in the strainer.
6. Replaces 2 wires in 3 phase wires.
7. Replaces it.

After it starts for awhile, it stops immediately pump will stop automatically.

1. Abnormal voltage.
2. Impeller is stuck with obstacle.
3. Motor protector forces the motor to turn off.

1. Checks voltage and uses right voltage.
2. Dismantles pump and cleans impeller.
3. Restarts the pump after find out the cause of it.

The current is too high

1. Bearing is broken
2. Obstacle inside the pump
3. Motor reverse phase
4. Abnormal voltage

1. Replaces bearing
2. Dismantles and cleans It
3. Replaces 2 wires in 3 phase wires.
4. Checks voltage.  

Motor is producing loud noise

1. Bearing is broken
2. Obstacle inside the pump

1. Replaces bearing
2. Dismantles and cleans it
