Unusual phenomenon | Malfunction Routine/Cause | Solutions |
The pump can’t start | Power is not turn on | Re-connect the power again. |
Connects to wrong voltage. | Check and make sure it’s the right voltage. | |
Pressure sensor is broken. | Replace it. | |
CPU controller is burned up. | Replace it. | |
Capacitor is burned up. | Replace it. | |
Too low or high voltage | Check if supply voltage is within 10%. | |
Motor wiring is burned up. | Replace it. | |
Shaft jammed | Use a flat screwdriver to rotate the shaft end of motor, to check if the rotor spin freely. | |
The pump can’t stop, On/Off frequently |
Pressure switch is malfunction.

Adjust or replace it.

Diaphragm inside pressure tank is broken. | Replace it. | |
Check valve is hardened or stuck. | Replace it. | |
There is air inside the pump. | Open check valve lid and expel the air. | |
Discharge pipeline has leakage. | Check for leakage in the pipeline. | |
Motor is running, but pressure or flow is small |
Impeller is damaged.

Air is inside the pump. | Open drain plug and discharges the air. | |

When installing PVC pipes, please avoid using too much glue, excessive glue would permeate into check valve from outlet side which would cause the check valve getting stuck and ESV would start and stop too frequently. It would probably cause the less discharge of water which is due to adhesion of stainless steel strainer at inlet side.
