EA Submersible Sump Pumps


Features:

  • The bottom of EA pump is fitted with a stainless steel 304 strainer. To avoid pump impeller worn and blocked by larger foreign particles. It is suitable for the discharge of rainwater and waste water with solid particles within 6mm.
  • The pump is equipped with a motor overload protector. When the voltage drops sharply or the impeller is blocked and other abnormal conditions occur, it will automatically stop to prevent the motor coil from being burned due to overheating.
  • Dry motor with overload protector; Cable with an epoxy resin sealed water-proof cable hood; Use deep groove C3 bearing to extend life time.
  • Oil seal mounted outside of seal chamber stops solids gathering around seal faces.
  • Adopt superior wear-resistant double mechanical seal to ensure the best sealing effect.
  • Optional SIC material mechanical seal can be used to overcome harsh environments.
  • Float switch is optional to operate submersible pump automatically.

Applications:

  • Wastewater drainage from farms, ditches, pits, ponds and factories.
  • Wastewater drainage in basements of buildings, hotels, schools, restaurants, shopping malls, subways, construction sites, tunnels, public places, etc.
  • Rainwater effluent, accumulated water drainage, flood control, water circulation of agriculture and landscape ponds.etc.

Dry-running or low water level running is forbidden for submersible sewage pump,It could cause damage on mechanical seal and motor coils. To avoid this situation, installer can connect float switch on control panel, to make sub.pump on & off automatically.Single phase sub. pump can be equipped with float switch directly upon request.  

A. Single Phase Submersible Pump(0.5~2HP)can be equipped with float switch on pump.

Whenever the pump needs maintenance, it can be easily pulled out through guide bar to dismantle, repair or examine the pump.
